Learning outcomes
The university teaching of " Information and editorial communication law" pursues the aim to introduce the fundamental juridical notions about the information and communication subject to know the problems related to editorial professional world.
The university teaching is focused on the exam of the free opinion right and on its balance with other constitutional rights, in order to permit to students to know preliminary their discretions and their limits into execution of future editorial profession.
Program
The themes of this university teaching will be the following: freedom of information in Italian Constitution. Defamation and the journalists liability system. General issues and main legal aspects of copyright.
Examination Methods
Written exam, with open questions aimed at valutating the theoretical and tecnical knowledge reached by the student.
