Learning outcomes
The purpose of the course is to provide students with basic technical knowledge about the therapy of
the diseases of the pulp and of the periradicular tissues resulting from endodontic origin. The aim is to
increase their technical skills about the successfully opening of the pulp chamber, the endodontic
instrumentation, the disinfection and the root canal system filling. Students will be able to understand
the basic knowledge of ergonomics and endodontic treatment management with due regard for
periodontal tissues and adjacent structures. In addition, they will learn the characteristics of materials
and equipment used in endodontics.
