Responsibility in professional practice and the new law on the reform of guilt. Balduzzi and Bianco Gelli Law. Informed consent, Will of the patient and advance directives for treatment. The exam will be oral.
Evaluation criteria
The teacher provides during the course of the lessons a list of self-learning questions on the themes and topics covered during the lessons. The questions will then be evaluated in the oral exam. The outcome will be integrated with the partial outcomes of the other 2 modules of the course.
