Program

Responsibility in professional practice and the new law on the reform of guilt. Balduzzi and Bianco Gelli Law. Informed consent, Will of the patient and advance directives for treatment. Clinical documentation: the purposes and formal and substantial requirements. The legal obligations and duties of health professionals: report, complaint. Secrecy, confidentiality, privacy and collaborative obligations towards the Judicial Authority. Privacy, protection of sensitive data; European directive and typology of data. Dignity, freedom and autonomy of the person in treatment. Conscientious objection. The evolution of the Codes of Ethics.

The exam will be oral.

Students with disabilities or specific learning disorders (SLD), who intend to request the adaptation of the exam, must follow the instructions given HERE

Evaluation criteria

The teacher provides during the course of the lessons a list of self-learning questions on the themes and topics covered during the lessons. The questions will then be evaluated in the oral exam. The outcome will be integrated with the partial outcomes of the other 2 modules of the course.
