The teaching is carried out through frontal lessons lasting 50 'each for the amount of hours assigned
Learning assessment procedures
The assessment test takes place by answering written multiple-choice questions that include all the topics taught in the Dietary Sciences class but also other related courses.

The score is attributed through the use of a specific algorithm
