INTRODUCTION TO FORENSIC MEDICINE ASPECTS OF MEDICAL-LEGAL RELEVANCE IN CRIMINAL LAW AND CIVIL LAW - Imputability, Legal Capacity, Capacity to Act, - Interdiction, Disability and Support Administration - Material causal link; - Crimes against the person: crimes against life; personal injury; ASPECTS OF MEDICO-LEGAL RELEVANCE IN THE TREATMENT RELATIONSHIP - information and consent in the clinical setting; law 219/2017; Advance Treatment Provisions; Shared Care Planning - professional secrecy THE OBLIGATIONS AND LEGAL DUTIES OF HEALTH PROFESSIONALS - certification - report and report to the judicial authority SPECIAL LAWS: Voluntary termination of pregnancy (L. 194/78), compulsory health treatments (L. 180/78 ); sexual violence (L.66/96); Amendments to the penal code, the criminal procedure code and other provisions regarding the protection of victims of domestic and gender violence (L.69/2019).
