The teaching is organized as follows:
Learning objectives
The course aims to provide the student with basic knowledge relating to professional ethics, bioethics and forensic medicine. Furthermore, the student will be guided to acquire knowledge relating to the organization of the health system and organizational models in the obstetric field. The basics of labor rights will also be provided, with particular attention to the protection of maternity and paternity.

Written exam with open questions. Anyone who does not obtain maximum marks in the written test with honors will have an oral exam with open questions
