Learning outcomes

The teaching introduces the student to a global vision of the people's psychological development and its functioning in the group and team-work.
The following themes will be analyzed: motivation and emotions, psychological and relational perspectives; of bad news communication; verbal and non-verbal communication and axioms of communication; coping mechanism and mechanism of defense.
The concept of "group" will be analyzed within Group Psychology, furthermore, the types of group, functioning models, group's structure and dynamics, evolutionary phases of group and some aspects of team work.

- Main functions of behaviour: motivation and emotions.
- Axioms of communication, verbal and non-verbal communication; Bad news communication.
- Coping mechanism, mechanisms of defence and psychological adjustment
- The "group" and the functioning of the group (development, task, life and types of groups). Pattern and models
