Learning outcomes

knowledge:
To provide knowledge of the identification and the management of dysphagic patient.
Anatomical and functional aspects of the various phases of swallowing, diversifying them between the adult and geriatric patient.
Recognize the pathologies in which the eating disorder and swallowing disorder can be found and what this affections could produce on the patient in adulthood and old age.
Learn to think about complex clinical features both from the diagnostic and rehabilitation point of view .
Plan a specific targeted rehabilitation plan for the individual patient.
The rehabilitation techniques most frequently used in the field of neurological dysphagia, dysphagia neurodegenerative and oncology.
