Program
The course aims to encourage the acquisition of the keys to approach the theme of the organization of social services.To this end, the fundamental elements for reading and understanding the organizational contexts of personal services will be presented:
- reference regulatory framework;
- evolution of the organization of social welfare services;
- characteristics of the different actors of the welfare system that provide social services;- planning of social services at state, regional and local level, with particular attention to subsidiary and integration dynamics and to the levels of planning and provision of social and social-health services;
- areas of intervention.
In-depth seminars on some areas of intervention identified with students.

Didactic methods
The program will be addressed through lectures and in-depth seminars. If the need arises, classroom exercises will also be carried out.
Learning assessment procedures
The exam consists of a WRITTEN TEST with open questions.
Evaluation criteria
The evaluation will try to ascertain the acquisition of the founding concepts of the course, as well as the ability to argue on the topics addressed in the various lessons and seminars and to propose personal observations and critical reflections on the problems that have arisen.
