Learning outcomes

Educational goals:
The course aims to provide the student with ways and strategies of communication with the patient. It also proposes an in-depth examination of the founding principles of the care relationship, techniques, and strategies for managing effective communication with the person and the family. It proposes to develop educational design skills, to encourage the learning of self-care and empowerment skills.

Examination Methods

The Exam consists of a multiple-choice test and a practical exercise
