GENERAL OBJECTIVES: - Know the problems of people at work in organisational contexts, master tools for analysing training practices, deepen the characteristics of training and development contexts and interventions also in a comparative and pedagogical perspective. - Use techniques to intervene on the problems related to people at work in organisational contexts, use tools for analysing training practices, intervene in training and development contexts also in a comparative and pedagogical perspective. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES: The course aims to offer a set of knowledge and skills concerning issues related to people at work in organisational contexts in a pedagogical perspective. The valorisation and development of personal and professional identity come to be constituted as organisational tasks necessary to guarantee learning and development for the enterprise itself. In this perspective, the course aims to enable students to understand the dynamics of work relations from a perspective that restores centrality to people. The course has the following specific training objectives: - understand the dynamics of work relations from a perspective that restores centrality to people; - identify the characteristics of humanistic organisational forms and practices; - pedagogically interpret work dynamics and contexts; - foster learning in organisational contexts; - promote organisational development in ways that favour the involvement, participation and enhancement of all people at work.
