Academic calendar
The academic calendar shows the deadlines and scheduled events that are relevant to students, teaching and technical-administrative staff of the University. Public holidays and University closures are also indicated. The academic year normally begins on 1 October each year and ends on 30 September of the following year.

Learning objectives
The course aims to provide the student with the basic knowledge needed to create economic and social value through the management of the system of relations with stakeholders. In terms of skills, the course aims to provide the student with the skills necessary to identify, analyze and manage relations with stakeholders, to apply the fundamental rules of negotiation, as well as to communicate effectively with them so that the various stakeholders feel involved in corporate decision-making processes in a stakeholder engagement perspective. At the end of the lessons, the student will be able to map, examine and manage relationships with stakeholders, identify and understand their needs, clarify and manage their expectations effectively, as well as apply business strategies to obtain cooperation and support to achieve business objectives, increasing trust and cooperation.

VALIDITY OF THE EXAM PROGRAM
The exam program is valid for the academic year 2024-2025 (until January session February 2026). From June 2025 session, students will have to refer to the program for the 2024-2025 academic year.

Didactic methods
The teaching activity is divided into lectures and the discussion of business cases through meeting with entrepreneurs and managers.
Learning assessment procedures
The exam consists of a written test with six open questions to be answered in a dedicated space.
The written test covers the various topics on the programme.
The questions are structured in such a way as to verify the level of knowledge of the topics relating to the sustainable management of the company and the management of stakeholders.
Evaluation criteria
Evaluation criteria; the evaluation is based on the following elements: general vision of the discipline, level of depth of knowledge, ability to critically apply knowledge and apply concepts to reality, language skills.
Criteria for the composition of the final grade
Composition criteria for the final grade:
- each of the answers to the six questions of the written test is assigned a score from 0 to 5 points. The final grade is equal to the sum of the scores obtained on the 6 questions. To pass the exam you must achieve a grade of at least 18/30;
- the points of the project work carried out optionally by the student are added to the evaluation of the written test.

CONTAMINATION LAB
The Contamination Lab Verona (CLab Verona) is an experiential course with modules on innovation and enterprise culture that offers the opportunity to work in teams with students from all areas to solve challenges set by companies and organisations.
Upon completion of a CLab, students will be entitled to receive 6 CFU (D- or F-type credits).

PLEASE NOTE: In order to be admitted to any teaching activities, including those of your choice, you must be enrolled in the academic year in which the activities in question are offered. Students who are about to graduate in the December and April sessions are therefore advised NOT to undertake extracurricular activities in the new academic year in which they are not enrolled, as these graduation sessions are valid for students enrolled in the previous academic year. Therefore, students who undertake an activity in an academic year in which they are not enrolled will not be granted CFU credits.

Internships
The curriculum of the three-year degree courses (CdL) and master's degree courses (CdLM) in the economics area includes an internship as a compulsory training activity. Indeed, the internship is considered an appropriate tool for acquiring professional skills and abilities and for facilitating the choice of a future professional outlet that aligns with one's expectations, aptitudes, and aspirations. The student can acquire further competencies and interpersonal skills through practical experience in a work environment.

Modalità di frequenza, erogazione della didattica e sedi
Le lezioni di tutti gli insegnamenti del corso di studio, così come le relative prove d’esame, si svolgono in presenza.
Peraltro, come ulteriore servizio agli studenti, è altresì previsto che tali lezioni siano registrate e che le registrazioni vengano messe a disposizione sui relativi moodle degli insegnamenti, salvo diversa comunicazione del singolo docente.
La frequenza non è obbligatoria.
