Learning objectives
The course aims to develop knowledge of public services and professional services to businesses, such as business consulting. In particular, the course aims to provide knowledge on the role and functions of public institutions, as well as on the management characteristics and peculiarities of public utilities.
In addition, it aims to develop the ability to design organizational and managerial profiles, as well as process management of professional services. Particular attention is also paid to knowledge of the core product offered, as well as customer analysis, customer portfolio segmentation, managerial ability to listen to customer needs and expectations, as well as the quality of service and customer satisfaction. At the end of the learning process and in compliance with the educational objectives of the course, the student will have acquired the knowledge and skills necessary to implement an effective management of public and professional services.
