Learning objectives
The course is included in the learning area on Management innovation and new technologies. It aims to provide students with the basic notions relating to corporate governance from a business profile and from a managerial perspective, offering the analysis tools necessary for effective control of company management.
In particular, issues related to the development of a business plan and those aimed at understanding the operational mechanisms aimed at guiding management towards the achievement of the objectives established in operational planning will be explored.
At the end of the course, the student will acquire the ability to independently detect, through the measurement of specific indicators, the difference between planned objectives and achieved results.
The student will acquire the ability to face and solve real problems of the professional context in which he will operate, directing his competence to contractual compliance and to the prevention of judicial conflict. He/she will be able to verify the practical and applicative implications of the theoretical and regulatory framework and to set up, in written and oral form, the solution of concrete questions, using the appropriate and specific disciplinary lexicon, adopting the correct lines of reasoning and argumentation, and making autonomous judgments.
The teaching method used is functional to the continuous learning and updating of acquired knowledge.
