Learning outcomes

The training workshop will be tailored towards meeting the needs of participants.
Skills and experience are developed not only through attending the formal training but also in more informal ways in evaluating previous work experiences.

Program

The learning sequence in these LABs is:
1)explanation
2)example (if needed and possible )
3) experiencing the skill or method or exercise/interaction (dyadic or within the group)
4) reviewing what happened
5) considering developments and alternatives.
6) negative perception will be shared and analyzed (if students aks for)

The training will develop along three steps:
- pre-course negotiation,
- preparatory exercises
- mid-way/final evaluation.

Examination Methods

Analysis of a writing assignment based on a reflective journal.
The criteria will be communicated at the beginning of the course.
