Learning objectives
The purpose of the course is to allow the student to acquire the tools and the main marketing techniques to achieve customer satisfaction in the agro-food sector, in reference to the product design and the understanding of the logistic process. The main objective will be to initiate students to develop interaction and solution skills with respect to specific problems related to marketing, logistics distribution, the supply chain and the customer service in a sustainability context.
Examination Methods: To pass the exam, students will have to demonstrate that they are able to apply, using simulation tools, the marketing levers aimed at designing product characteristics and managing the distribution system in innovative, diversified, and sustainable competitive contexts for the food company. The ability to apply the acquired knowledge will be verified through exercises referring to case studies previously presented and discussed.
