Prerequisites and basic notions

Study of the French language as part of one's school career

Program

The examination of the French legal language will take place exclusively with reference to the French legal system, through the study of a series of topics:
- The Sources of Law
- French and European Institutions
- The Judicial System
- Legal Personality
- Contracts and Companies
- Consumer Protection
- Labour Law

Didactic methods

The course will take place exclusively online based on lessons uploaded to the panopto platform. The enrolled student must request access to the video of the individual lessons from the teacher. The student will find the corresponding PDF on the moodle platform.

Learning assessment procedures

The exam takes place in oral form on the topics of the program that were carried out during the frontal lessons and on the related documents available on the e-learning platform.
The exam consists of two general questions and a reading, comprehension and translation exercise.

Students with disabilities or specific learning disorders (SLD), who intend to request the adaptation of the exam, must follow the instructions given HERE

Evaluation criteria

The oral test is aimed at verifying the understanding of the basic elements of French law and the ability to illustrate them correctly in French

Criteria for the composition of the final grade

The composition of the grade includes in equal parts the knowledge of the essential elements of French law covered in class, the use of appropriate language and the ability to understand the written text.
