IUS/17 - DIRITTO PENALE

Learning objectives

The course provides the conceptual, methodological and cultural basis to analyse cyber-criminality phenomena and to study the Information and Communication Technologies Criminal Law System in Italy, in a European and international perspective. The course aims at providing the knowledge on the categories of computer-related crimes and cybercrimes and the technological investigations laws, developing the capacity of the students to use the specific technical-legal language and the most appropriate legal arguments.
