Learning objectives
The course aims at giving the students the knowledge and comprehension of the most advanced solutions that both sector-specific and common rules of private law provide in order to regulate the new situations arising from the use of technology, especially digital technology, in private law relationships between individuals and between professionals and consumers as well as among enterprises, with a specific focus on the most innovative productive sectors. Thanks also to the analysis of specific cases, the students will acquire the ability to adequately approach the relevant issues as well as to autonomously express views and arguments in oral and written form, to a high level of analysis, with regard to cases, issues and legal situations submitted to their investigation and to critically adapt them to the changes in the context.
