Learning objectives

The course is focused on the current legal regime of intellectual property (trade marks and patents), with a specific focus on the topics related to geographical names, design and interactions between technologies and intellectual property. The purpose of the course is to provide the student with the capability to understand and manage, at least at an institutional level, the fundamentals of intellectual property law and the recent developments thereof.
