Learning outcomes
Course Objectives:
The course aims to present pedagogy as a theory of education and to deepen in specific ways and the themes useful to reflect on educational practice and to develop the continuous learning that arises from experience.
The course objectives are as follows:
- Reflect on educational work as a continuous learning that is generated by experience
- Promote critical thinking to guide the development of educational-pedagogical skills
- Identify methodologies, strategies, and educational practices to operate in an educational context
- Recognize and valorise the specific skills of the reflective professional in the educational and sports field
Program
Program of the course
The purpose of teaching is to promote a critical thinking that can lead to the development of educational-pedagogical skills that encourage the practice of a sports practitioner within working contexts as a practice and learning community in the perspective of continuing education. The pedagogy-based themes will constitute the generative structure of thoughtful thinking about education. The themes around which the course will be developed will be:
- the foundations and sources of the science of education
- educational work and educational relationship
- the attitude of the thoughtful professional
- the professional culture and competences of the sporting professional
- sports training since childhood
