This course aims at giving a deep knowledge of the following relevant topics.
1- biological basis and mechanism which are involved in the training process
2- methodology for the application of a correct progression in training program
3- factors determining performance and training tools in different sport and fitness activities
4. functional evaluation and monitoring of training status and progression

Examination Methods

1- Preliminary Writing test to be admitted to the oral evaluation ( Open and multiple choice questions)
2- Main Oral examination with special reference to the written test and indivdual report
3- Individual report and Lab work are considered for the final rank ( 4pt max)
