Learning outcomes
The course aims to provide elements of work and organizational psychology for human resources management. This one should allow companies and enterprises to express themselves both inside their environments (so that goals are reached and a nice and positive organizational climate is created) and outside (so that potential clients or users know what the company or enterprise does and makes and can appreciate their products and services).
Program
The programme of the course will include the following: Training interventions aimed at improving decision-making processes; Interventions for stress management related to work; Training applied to team-building; Interventions for the development of prosocial organisational behaviour; Interventions of work redesign; Interventions oriented to the diffusion of policies based on diversity management; Intervention techniques based on organisational nudging; Interventions for the management of organisational conflicts.
With regard to attending students, the teaching methods consist of lectures and the development of group work preparatory to the exam and aimed at transmitting the basic notions, the key categories and the fundamental application tools of the discipline. Added to this are the exercises in reading scientific articles and writing digital papers, always within the discipline. Furthermore, also thanks to the University e-learning platform, refresher and media readings are offered on the topics covered in the course. With regard to non-attending students, the teaching methods consist of the recorded lessons, the material available on moodle and the exam texts suggested and present on Leganto. Also in this case, the material available will be preparatory to the test, and aimed at learning the technical language required by the discipline.
