Learning outcomes
The course aims to provide an historical understanding of political systems and political thought, with particular reference to models of democracy and citizenship. Finally, the student will be able to grasp general elements and specific aspects of the western political tradition and should demonstrate:
- to have acquired a precise knowledge of the topics addressed in the course (texts and issues)
- to be able to expose them in a proper and synthetic way
- to have developed the ability to formulate his/her own judgment.

Methods:
Lessons in the presence of the teacher and distance lessons through the Moodle e-learning platform.
