The teaching aims to develop student’s abilities in reading, understanding, and interpreting scientific nursing articles, concerning primary and secondary studies in order to have an effective approach to solve the problems that will arise in assistance.

The course of Health Statistics and Clinical Epidemiology aims to provide the necessary tools to apply Medicine in a quantitative way, taking into account the biological variability, to evaluate the spread of disease in the human population and the related risk factors.

How to describe the distribution of one or more variables (position and measure of variability, contigency tables and correlation) 4. Introduction to probability 5. The exam consists of a written test and an oral interview. The written part consists of multiple choice tests and exercises; the oral interview will mainly focus on the answers provided in the examination.
