The academic calendar shows the deadlines and scheduled events that are relevant to students, teaching and technical-administrative staff of the University. The teaching introduces the students to the comprehension of healthcare services’ organization’s, studying their management precepts. It focuses on dynamics and fundamental elements which allow the caring’s organization integrating different multidisciplinary caring process, choosing the intervention’s priorities and guaranteeing caring continuity. It analyze the professional responsibility, rights, obligations and work relation’s rules.

Aims Describe and apply the criteria and the logic that guided the process of organizing work in nursing practice. Describe and analyze the main service delivery models. Identify and describe the characteristics of an effective documentation and transmission of information.

MM: SOCIOLOGIA DEI PROCESSI ORGANIZZATIVI
------------------------
The general objective of the Course are the relationship between organization and society, with particular attention to the transition to labour market. The first part of the course focuses on the basic aspects of organizations and organizational behavior, defining key concepts and coordination mechanisms. The second part deals with the issue of the labor market and the access to labour market in the public and private healthcare organizations (one of the various forms in which the organizations express themselves), also describing the recruitment strategies of healthcare companies . At the end of the course, the student will be able to comprehend and reflect systematically on the nature and characteristics of organizations, to independently evaluate the operating mechanisms (structure, culture, power, environment) and acquire specific notions to facilitate the transition from university to labor market.

La domanda di iscrizione part-time può essere presentata all'inizio di ogni anno accademico e comunque entro il 30 novembre di ogni anno. Entro lo stesso termine, se necessario, lo studente potrà richiedere di tornare al regime full-time.
