Program
The course defines the principles of care in the management of the acute and chronic priority problems of patients suffering from respiratory tract disorders (hypoxia, dyspnoea, bronchial obstruction) and cardiovascular disorders (fluid disequilibrium, and intolerance to physical activity ). The contents discussed in this first part of the course will then be applied and contextualized in assisting the patient suffering from angina and IMA, heart failure, COPD.
The course is organized in two parts integrated and complementary.
In the first part, the principles of assistance to the acute and chronic priority problems of the patient with respiratory and cardiovascular pathology will be addressed. In particular, the following topics will be addressed:
- INTOLERANCE FOR PHYSICAL ACTIVITY / EXERCISE
- ACUTE AND CHRONIC HYPOTHYES AND PATIENTS WITH LONG-TERM OXIGENOTHERAPY
- BRONCHICAL STRUCTURE AND STACKS
- ACUTE AND CHRONIC DISPLAY
- HYDROELECTROLYLE DISEQUILIBRATION:

■ electrolyte hydrostatic homeostasis and balance of inputs and outputs
■ excess fluid volume and misdistribution concept
General training goal of this first part: understand how, why and when the problem arises (deepening / integrating, if necessary, understanding, physiological / pathophysiological correlation), how the targeted assessment of the problem is performed and what nursing interventions are appropriate Monitoring and managing it.
Problems treated during the frontal lessons will then declined in cases: in the second part of the course, the patient's educational and educational paths will be faced with
