Program

This module covers different aspects of the wine industry. The aim is to consider essential elements of wine international business communication, wine specific lexicon, also focusing on the most popular wine fairs. Participants are asked to take active part in practical presentation and business negotiation.

PART 2 – Speak the language of the Wine Business – Export and Import Case Studies
PART 3 – Introduction to Wine storytelling – Essentials of International Business Communications
PART 4 – Wine Lexicons – Train the “Palate”
PART 5 – Special Projects – Presentation and Businesss negotation
PART 6 – Project presentation

Examination Methods

Continuous assessment plus one midterm test and one final test.
