Learning outcomes
The course is focused on the current legal regime of banks and non-banking financial institutions, with a particular focus on their internal organization, on all their related activities and the regulation of securities.

- Le Autorità di vigilanza dell’UE e nazionali. Varie tipologie e strumenti di vigilanza pubblica.
- L’Autorità bancaria europea (EBA) e l’Unione bancaria europea
- La disciplina delle società bancarie.
- Le banche cooperative e le banche popolari.
