Learning outcomes
The course aims at providing an in-depth understanding of the Italian Law of contractual liability, with particular attention to the issue of medical liability.
Program
The following topics will in particular be dealt with: contractual liability (with particular attention to the field of liability in the health sector); remedies other than compensation for damages; contractual remedies; termination of the contract.

Examination Methods
The examination will be in Italian (2/3 questions) and consists of an oral interview. The oral exam has the following goals: Level and depth of study and understanding; Language properties; Capacity to connect systematically the understanding; Analitycal and arguing ability.
Evaluation runs on a scale from 0 to 30 (successful completion of the examination starts from 18). The candidate which demonstrates an excellent preparation and exposition could achieve the recognition of the laude.
