Learning outcomes
The course aims to illustrate the general principles of transcription, with particular reference to declarative advertising, the principle of continuity and the remedies available to the unsuccessful buyer in the conflict solved by the transcription.
Program
Nature, object and effects of the transcription.
Declarative advertising: the main function of the transcription and the means of protection for the first unsuccessful buyer.
Continuity principle: consequences of the violation; purchases due to death.
Principle of specificity of effects: cases falling within the rule of Article 2643 and those to which Article 2645 of the Civil Code may refer.

Examination Methods
Single exam with oral test. The exam consists of at least two questions, one of which on the general part. One of the questions on the special part may consist of solving a practical case.
