Period
CuCi IIA dal Feb 15, 2021 al Apr 1, 2021.
Learning outcomes
Program
The course will be divided into two parts. The first one will consist mainly of a concise theoretical analysis of the different kinds of relationships between performing and visual arts. The examples will especially refer to Ancient Greece, Renaissance, XIXth century and first part of XXth century (avant.garde theatre and arts). The second part will focus on a new relationship between performance and architecture, traditionally confined within the dyad container (space) – contained (action), and now characterized by a more fertile and intrinsic synergy.
Part one

Oral examination.
The exam will verify the students' knowledge of the topics covered in the course and the skill to recognize and analyze the different kinds of relationship between performative and figurative languages.
Due to the covid emergency, the examination method (face-to-face or remote) will be established and communicated at the appropriate times on the basis of governmental and rectoral decrees.
