Learning outcomes
By reflecting about the source and the principles of law and jurisprudence, the course aims to lead the students to a critical approach to formalism and normativism. The itinerary will be developed with regard to some key-questions in the philosophy of law, from the ancient Greek thought to the modern legal Positivism and its crisis.
