Learning outcomes

The aim of this course is to acquaint students with modern Russian literature (from the 19th to the 20th century), as well as with the culture and history connected to it by a critical approach to classical texts. Every year the course will offer investigations of the main epochs and themes of the above-mentioned period.

«Bellezza e Verità: introduzione alla civiltà letteraria russa»
Il corso è mirato a fornire allo studente le coordinate fondamentali per la comprensione della storia culturale e letteraria russa, attraverso un approccio a testi classici della letteratura russa e collegamenti con altre arti, fenomeni culturali, avvenimenti storici. Inoltre, si offrono degli esempi di analisi del testo letterario.

Examination Methods

Oral assessment of the acquired competences and of students’ textual and cultural-historical analytic ability. A written assessment before exam times is contemplated for students who attended the classes.
