Module:

“SHAKESPEARE AND VISUAL ARTS”
The course will start with a methodological introduction on the interrelationship between literature and visual arts (painting, cinema and dance ). Then it will apply this methodology to the analysis of the different works by Shakespeare.

Students are required to choose 3 among the four following texts:

C) Andrew Sanders, The Short Oxford History of English Literature, (from its origins to 1642).

Examination Methods

The lessons will be in English. The exam will be an oral discussion in English on the texts in the program. Students have to prepare parts A,B.C.
