Learning outcomes
1. The development of ability of analysis of the service and the corporate body and the acquisition of ability of insertion in a service, in a group of job e/o of équipe through the observation of the processes of job of the social assistant e/o of the group of operators for the realization of the intervention.
2. The development of ability of interpretation of individual problems e/o of group, formulation of plans of job, retrieval e/o activation of the institutional resources and not, realization of interventions.
3. The Development of ability to establish a relationship interpersonale, both through the observation of the job of the to.s. both through the assumption of limited responsibilities.
4. The development of ability to conduct a process of intervention and to use necessary tools, particularly: the interview, the individualization and 1'uso of resources, the documentation
4.1 development of ability to use the interview which I orchestrate essential for the intervention.
4.2 development of ability of comparison and close examination on the meaning and the use of the documentation in the social service.
5 - the development of ability to gather role and functions of the social assistant in the service, over that towards the consumers, also towards the organization (proposals to improve the organization of the services, to document problems and to manage projects interacting with other professionalisms).
6. Development of the ability to gather the functions of the social assistant towards the external context to the service (representative formal and informal subjects of the territory) aimed to promote availability, routine collaborative for the survey of the social problems, the promotion of resources, the individualization of runs of change in the optics of net.
Program
a) observation of the job of the social assistant, share to interviews, visit domiciliary and reunions
b) analysis of the open cases in load of the social assistant to gather characteristics of the consumers, of the introduced problems, typology of the answers given from the social assistant or of the service
c) share to the management of the intervention on two or more cases chosen by the assistant social
d) analysis of the process of intervention effected by the social assistant on two or more cases cases according to the complexity
e) experimentation, inside the trials in action, of information transmission around the service and the resources (first contact e/o social secretariat)
f) assumption of limited responsibilities in the management of the intervention;
g) documentation of the job observed (recording than at least two interviews, relationships on visits domiciliary reunions)

Examination Methods
The test of examination will develop him in oral form on the base of a relationship according to a scheme predisposed by the teacher and by the collaborators of apprenticeship and countersigned by the supervisor.
