Learning outcomes
The course aims to introduce the students to the fundamental juridical notions in information and communication matters, and to the juridical issues of the professional editorial world.
The course focuses on the analysis of the free opinion right and on its balance with other constitutional rights, in order to offer students useful knowledge for their future editorial/journalist profession.
