Learning outcomes
The first part of the course provides the main conceptual categories, analytical and instrumental in understanding a business organization, its goals, strategies, structures, operations and relationships.
The second part of the course classifies the publishing industry from the perspective of its main actors and presents some of the most significant economic phenomena related to communication and information distribution.
A specific focus is dedicated to the meeting and discussion with the innovative professions in the related job market.

Strategic management: strategies for corporate.
Focus and competitive differentiation, cost leadership.

The HR Department: scope and activities.
Examination Methods
EXAM consists of a written test and an interview.
During the course, and only for students attending, there will be a written test part.
