Learning outcomes
------------------------
MM: PROTESIOLOGIA E ORTESIOLOGIA
------------------------
The course aims to provide theoretical knowledge about the problems of functional assessment and rehabilitation planning of the patient amputee, bringing the student to think about the need to customize as much as possible both the choice of the prosthesis that the type of rehabilitation program to which the patient will undergo. Orthoses most used by both orthopedic and neurological patients will also be described, for the upper limb, the lower limb and the column, so that the student understands the reasoning behind this aspect of patient care path.

After completing the course the student will know: - different aspects of functional evaluation and rehabilitation planning of the intervention in the planning of the physiotherapy process in the field of orthopedic-trauma-rheumatology; - definitions, dimensions, determinants, consequences and main cause-specific treatments of the main functional impairments and limitations in activities (joint stiffness, muscle contractures, muscle deficit, pain, abnormal sensitivity and image, joint instability, alterations posture, abnormal kinematics, ...); - basic rehabilitation techniques (manual therapy, stretching, therapeutic exercise ...) and the essential principles of their practical application.
------------------------
MM: REUMATOLOGIA
------------------------
Teaching: anatomo-functional and physiopathological basis of rheumatic diseases; physical exam and main instrumental and laboratory analysis; classification, epidemiology, clinical characteristics, diagnostic criteria; basis of therapeutic approach, with and without drugs administration.
