Learning outcomes

1. To learn brief history related to the origin of community in Psychiatry.
2. To learn the current organization and the different types of psychiatric residential structures.
3. To learn and reflect on the strengths and weaknesses of psychiatric residential structures and projects for users started in them.
4. To learn the current organization of psychiatric semi-residential structures (Day Centre and Day Hospital).
5. To learn innovative aspects in residential and semi-residential psychiatric structures.

1. The psychiatric residential structures: general introduction (with historical notes).
2. The different types of psychiatric residential structures.
3. Clinical cases.
4. Clinical cases and development of a therapeutic project in teamwork.
