Learning outcomes

Acquisition of basic knowledge of the discipline and the basic vocabulary in the framework of a knowledge of the most important sources.

Program

Course's object will be history of western legal tradition, from the specific point of view of history of the legal condition of jews in the "ius commune" era, and especially from XIIth to XVIth century.
