Program
Restorative Justice is a paradigm of justice, in a complementary relationship with the current penal system, which aims to resolve the conflicts created by crimes and which in the last forty years has been developing in various parts of the world with success and satisfaction. The UN Resolution n. 12/2002 of the Economic and Social Council defines restorative justice as "any procedure in which the victim and the perpetrator of the crime and, where appropriate, any other individual or member of the community harmed by a crime, actively participate together in the resolution of issues arising from the crime, generally with the help of a facilitator ". The interdisciplinary laboratory aims to introduce students to the fundamental principles of restorative justice in order to build a new cultural approach to justice itself that can be preparatory to a restorative approach to offenders, victims and communities also in the social worker profession. which is already oriented towards making restorative justice a paradigm of reference. Deviance according to sociology. The paradigm of restorative justice. Mediation for restorative justice: practices, tools, mediations elsewhere. The figure of the facilitator in the repair process.
