The main aims of the course are:

2. to present a systematic introduction to techniques of structural analysis, known also well as techniques of social network analysis, first presenting their theoretical roots and secondly dealing with the relational concept of social phenomena and their operationalization;
3. to examine a specific subject of sociological research: social capital concept will be analysed in a theoretical and empirical way. It will be presented two empirical researches about social capital, both of them carried out in educational context.
