Specifically, the first part of the course aims to analyze the public aspects of the subject with reference to the constitutional principles that divide the regulatory competences in the matter between the State and the Regions, and to the administrative aspects regarding the promotion, information and tourist reception. The second part of the course, instead, will focus on private aspects, including reservations and the main contracts used in the tourism sector (transport contracts, nautical pleasure, hospitality and organized tourism contracts).
