Learning outcomes

The course is oriented to:
 Develop a general knowledge of fundamental characteristics of communicative processes and of interpersonal relations.
 Present a review of principal results of communicative research on mass-media communication.
 Reflect on the principal characteristics of communication processes emerging in the commercial field.

Examination Methods

L’esame consta di una prova scritta e di una prova orale. La prima prova è incentrata sui contenuti del primo testo del corso e dei “lucidi” messi a disposizione dal docente sulla piattaforma e-learning al link avvisi della pagina docente. La prova consta di 31 domande ad alternative di risposta standardizzate (tipo test). La seconda prova (in forma orale) verte sugli altri due testi in programma. Chi supera la prima prova scritta può sostenere la seconda parte anche in un appello successivo, il voto riportato allo scritto ha validità sino al termine dell’anno accademico, cioè sino agli appelli d’esame di gennaio-febbraio 2015.
