Learning outcomes

The course aims to provide the student with the necessary knowledge of tax requirements, the administrative and daily management of a rehabilitation centre, and the relevant legislation; to discuss the different types of employment and association contracts between professionals operating in a private centre. The course aims to provide a basic knowledge of certifications, and the economic and social security procedures necessary in the management of a rehabilitation centre and allow students to acquire knowledge about the criteria and creation of public-private agreements. EFFICIENCY IN CORPORATE MANAGEMENT The course aims to identify and assess realistic scenarios within the continually evolving healthcare system, to improve knowledge on the methods used to improve the SSR system in the Veneto area, and to understand the relevant organizational business and territorial models. MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT OF WORK RESOURCES IN REHABILITATION The course aims to identify job opportunities to achieve defined goals; to choose organizational strategies to guarantee a qualitatively higher rehabilitation service and to plan work and resources to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of organizational rehabilitation processes. OPERATIONAL AND MANAGEMENT PROCESSES IN PRIVATE MANAGEMENT The course aims to identify the criteria and instruments to plan, schedule and budget public and private healthcare companies. At the end of the course, the student will be able to conduct a comprehensive analysis on direct and indirect costs relating to the company, to understand the monitoring systems operating in a private context and the models for public-private partnership with a view to organizational innovation.
