Learning outcomes
To provide students with technical, practical, relational, problem-solving and organizational skills in protected contexts, before trying in the services and directly on patients, in order to reduce the emotional impact that comes from being in real situations and ensuring ethical and patient safety. For these reasons, professional laboratories are a prerequisite for the training activity.
The student will train in applying the theoretical principles to clinical practice.
Program
The skills considered indispensable in the three years are skills:
Blood sampling from venous puncture and capillary sampling
Conduct an interview and objective examination to collect data on the needs and needs of the person
Aspirate and dilute drugs and perform intramuscular and subcutaneous injection
Place a peripheral venous catheter and connect it to the infusion line
Perform calculations and know how to read a prescription of drugs
Communication techniques applied to practical situations
Calculate and interpret the balance of income and expenses
