Learning outcomes

Offer students an overview of the duties of health professionals with a view to enhancing team work, skills, responsabilities, integration and professional autonomy

Program

The program will focus on the following topics:

- individual-group relationship: personal identity and social identity;
- entering groups: the socialization process;
- the roles in the group;
- group work: decision-making processes and productivity;
- cohesion, conformity, dissent and conflict in the group.

Examination Methods

The final grade for this course will be based on a 30 minute in-class exam. The exam consists in four open questions which request concise answers.
