Academic calendar
The academic calendar shows the deadlines and scheduled events that are relevant to students, teaching and technical-administrative staff of the University. Public holidays and University closures are also indicated. The academic year normally begins on 1 October each year and ends on 30 September of the following year.

Learning outcomes
11) To know and understand the psychological theories that make against the fundamental processes of functioning and adaptation of the individual to the material and social environment; 2) Know and understand theories related to learning and training of individuals in the life cycle; 3) To know and understand the pedagogical theories that support the processes and techniques of learning, training and development of individuals and of different working communities in relatio to the necessary processes of social and cultural inclusion; 4) Apply pedagogical methodologies and techniques to the analysis of learning processes to vocational training and to the development of practical communities. SPECIGFIC TRAINING OBJECTIVES To know and understand the theories referring to the development of communities and communities of practices; to know and understand the pedagogical theories supporting the processes of the development of social relationships and of creation of practices in associations and organizations; to apply the pedagogical methodologies in the analysis of the processes of generation of communities and social creation starting from the centrality of practices.
Program
The course aims to deal with the links between practice, learning, change / transformation from a pedagogical point of view. During the course we will deepen the processes through which it is possible, in formal, informal, informal training, to activate complex models capable of responding to the needs of individuals and of life and organizational contexts. Using the construct "community of practice" in relation to different theories of transformative learning, we will explore the models of training-research, cooperative training and participatory training.
During the course we will deal with the following thematic nuclei:
- organizations as constellations of "communities of practice" and related learning theories
- operational communities and the social dimension of learning: community, social practice, meaning, identity
- cooperative and research training and research-training
- formation as a material and symbolic composition
- works, work, training: crafts and workshops
- training and self-training in a convivial perspective
- educational practices in vocational training
- generate community: social ties and context practices
- the new citizenship practices: participatory processes in urban contexts

Examination Methods
For attending students, the exam includes two compulsory exercises and the writing of a final essay.
For non-attending students, the exam involves writing only the final essay.

List of theses and work experience proposals
Stage e Tirocini
Le attività che ci si aspetta il/la tirocinante curriculare in Scienze psicologiche per la formazione svolga presso gli enti che lo/la ospitano riguardano principalmente attività di affiancamento nei seguenti ambiti:- Formazione, sviluppo, innovazione e gestione delle risorse umane;
- Orientamento scolastico e professionale;
- Ricerca, selezione e valutazione psicologica del personale.
Lo/la studente/essa sarà seguito/a da un tutor accademico e da un tutor aziendale. Alle attività di tirocinio sono attribuiti 9 CFU (pari a 225 ore).
Il tutor aziendale deve essere un laureato in psicologia anche non iscritto all’albo.
