Subject of the teaching will be the in-depth analysis of the institutions of Family Law in its different characteristics. The course is, therefore, directed to those who wish to complement the basics of family institutions learned in Private Law. In particular, the discipline includes the study of the family as a social formation and as a fundamental right of the individual, of marriage and its effects, of the rights of the children and the family crisis. The purpose is to direct the student in the analysis of several interesting problems related to the family in a unified vision of the legal order.
